Sony has decided that from April it will procure the matrix LCD with SHARP. Does it mean that SHARP TVs will now be sold under two brands Aquos and BRAVIA? Most likely, not because Sony had already found to be supplied by Samsung so it can be assumed that it will really take care not to duplicate Aquos TVs. Sony argues, these decisions need to meet the growing demand for LCD televisions, and SHARP matrix LCD production increases by nearly half. In addition Aquos from 2010 are to arise in the world’s largest factory, on which construction SHARP plans to spend three and a half billion dollars.
